This morning, December 3, 2024, a student in distress prompted a 911 call at North Bend High School. Principal Pendleton briefly put the high school into a “Secure” status as a precaution to give emergency personnel the opportunity to have access to the area where the student was located. The school returned to normal operations after approximately 10 minutes. Secure status means the outside doors were locked and students remained in their classrooms. There was no danger to the students or staff.
